Spread your wings and fly

Five years ago, my acupuncturist told me: “You’re perfectly healthy. You just have to spread your wings and fly”.

I was looking at him confused and angry, thinking: “I’m sick and he’s making jokes!”

It took me a while to understand I wasn’t sick, I was too scared and overwhelmed. I became convinced I’m sick because I didn’t know how to deal with emotions and changes.

From the moment I realized what he really meant, all my symptoms disappeared.

Don’t let yourself dragged into a life full of fears and limitations. Let yourself dream and then start creating your dreams. Trust your inner self and everything will fall into the right places.

Allow yourself time to discover the meaning of every little thing that’s happening in your life. Be human and be divine.

Every morning spread your wings and fly a little farther than yesterday. It’s not about pushing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself and your inner mechanism. It’s about what will make you happy and help you realizing all your dreams.
